KhaRaven Guevara is a dynamic figure in early childhood education, bringing a wealth of experience and passion to her work. Married since 2018, she is the proud mother of three children, ages 9, 4, and 3 months, who inspire her dedication to creating nurturing environments for young learners.
KhaRaven's journey in childcare began at the age of 16 when she joined the City of Houston's Parks and Recreation as a summer camp assistant, igniting her lifelong commitment to the well-being and development of children especially children with disabilities. With four years of hands-on classroom management experience, she honed her skills and pursued her Director's certification through Elite Educational Enterprise.
For the past decade, KhaRaven has served in childcare administration, with five years in executive leadership roles. Her expertise spans diverse responsibilities, including center openings, brand strategy development, strategic planning, licensing compliance overhaul, and professional development initiatives.
Passionate about staying abreast of the latest research and best practices, KhaRaven believes in the importance of continuous learning to deliver exceptional care and education in the early childhood sector. In her spare time, she actively engages in networking, fosters community partnerships, and contributes her expertise by reviewing grant submissions for various organizations.
